IKEA Thailand cancels sale of real Christmas trees

IKEA Thailand cancels their sale of real christmas trees, sighting quality issues.

IKEA Thailand has announced that it will not sell real Christmas trees this year, citing quality concerns with the products received.

In a statement released on its official Facebook page, the company expressed regret over the decision, explaining that the trees did not meet IKEA’s quality standards. Real fir trees have been a popular seasonal item among expatriates and locals celebrating Christmas in Thailand.

Despite the cancellation, IKEA Thailand confirmed that customers can still purchase Christmas decorations, furniture, and other holiday items both in stores and online.

The company reiterated its commitment to maintaining product standards and ensuring that all items sold in Thailand reflect IKEA’s global quality policy.
