Join NordCham PH’s fireside chat with Finnish Ambassador Juha Pyykkö

NordCham Philippines is inviting you to join their third session of the Fireside Chat series with Ambassador Juha Pyykkö of the Embassy of Finland Manila on 28 May 2021 from 2:00 PM – 2:45 PM.

The event is free to attend and participants who register for the online dialogue will get a chance to ask Ambassador Juha Pyykkö questions.

Finland re-opened an Embassy in Manila on 1 September 2020 and Ambassador Juha Pyykkö became Ambassador-designate of Finland to the Philippines on 1 November 2020. 

Before moving to Manila, Mr. Pyykkö was the Ambassador of Finland to Greece and Albania residing in Athens during 2017-2020. Ambassador Pyykkö entered the Finnish Foreign Service in 1995 and has worked during these years, among other things, as Diplomatic Advisor to the Minister for Foreign Trade and Development of Finland as well as Director for International Environmental Policy. Mr. Pyykkö’s overseas diplomatic postings before Athens include the OECD Delegation in Paris, Bangkok, Canberra, and New Delhi.

Ambassador Pyykkö has a Master’s degree in Economics as well as in Politics. He is married to Mrs. Riitta Laakso and they have three children.
