Chancellor of the University of Helsinki Kaarle Hämeri and the Consul General Johanna Karanko were in late September promoting a bid to establish a new research centre Hong Kong Kong-Helsinki Oasis for Innovation and Technology (H2O) to the Hong Kong authorities.
