In the Philippines the 2016 edition of the Nordic Crayfish Party will take place on 24 September at Marriott Grand Ballroom in Manila.
The traditional is a one-of-a-kind experience, a fun-filled, non-formal evening celebrating the old Crayfish tradition in true Nordic way. Guests are treated to a sumptuous selection of food from the Nordic countries, fine wines, beers, and the best of Nordic spirits for the many opportunities to sing and toast! Highlight of the evening is the imported crayfish, prepared and served the traditional Nordic way.

The event is organized for the benefit of Chosen Children Village (CCV), a home for mentally and physically, severely challenged children located in Silang, Cavite.
The Nordic Business Council of the Philippines has arranged Crayfish Parties in Manila for the past 15 years. The party normally gathers hundreds of party-goers from many countries. It is a casual, fun-filled event where guests are dressed up in the traditional crayfish hats and bibs. The dinner is filled with party games and sing-along songs for everyone to participate in. Amazing prizes are up for grabs in the traditional Raffle Draw. The evening starts with cocktails, and ends with open dance-floor and the best music of the 70s, 80s and 90s.
