Norway’s Ambassador to Cambodia, Astrid Emilie Helle, has concluded her posting in the country following a royal audience with King Norodom Sihamoni.
Helle was received by the Cambodian King on 20 August as she prepared to leave her position as Norway’s ambassador to Cambodia.
During the meeting, Helle expressed her gratitude for her years serving in Cambodia and for the cooperation between the two countries.
Norway and Cambodia have maintained close diplomatic relations for more than three decades. The Norwegian Embassy in Bangkok said the meeting reflected the strong ties between the two countries.
Astrid Emilie Helle was the norwegian ambassador to Thailand and Cambodia for four years, before concluding her posting this month.
