The international startup event Slush had three time more participants to the event in Shanghai than last year.
10.000 participants went to the event on 7-8 September compared to the usual 3000 participants.
2018 marked the third year for Slush in Shanghai, and the fourth one in China. The event was held at the Shanghai Automobile Exhibition Center in Jiading district.
During its ten years in Finland, the event has grown from a 300-people conference into global startup events, with 20 000 people attending the main event in Helsinki in 2017.
Slush is a student-driven non-profit movement originally founded to change attitudes towards entrepreneurship. The core of Slush is to facilitate founder and investor meetings and to build a worldwide startup community.
