SwedCham Indonesia elects new board at annual meeting

SwedCham Indonesia announced the election of a new Board of Directors at its Annual General Meeting on 12 December 2025. The chamber said the new board will focus on advocacy, market insight, and collaboration between Swedish and Indonesian businesses.

Lars Dagerholt, a board member since 2023, was appointed chairman. SwedCham described him as a media and communications specialist with a background in the Swedish government and the life sciences sector.

Other board members also includes Magnus Falk, who works as a hospitality executive and entrepreneur, and Mårten Alldén, who works in international banking and trading. Additional board members are Anders C. Johansson, founder of advisory firm Vantage Analytica and deputy director of the Center for Asian Studies at the Stockholm School of Economics, and Ola Jernberg, formerly with SKF and now working in global industrial development at Superdry.

The chamber thanked departing board members and said Superdry supported the AGM and the launch of the “renewed” SwedCham Indonesia. The event was held at Ivy Restaurant and hosted by restaurateur Bogdan Vlase.
