Swedes and friends of Sweden in Shanghai are invited to celebrate Midsummer on June 18 at the Xijiao State Guest Hotel.
The event is organised by SwedCham China and will feature traditional Swedish midsummer customs including dancing around the maypole, Swedish food, snaps and the well-known “Little Frogs” dance.
The evening will begin with mingling before guests gather around the maypole for traditional songs and dancing, followed by a buffet dinner with free-flow drinks.
The event will take place at Xijiao State Guest Hotel in Shanghai from 5:30 pm to 9:05 pm Beijing time.
Seats are limited and advance registration is required.
