At lunchtime in Hanoi Thursday the 28th August the sidewalk in front of the Swedish Embassy will turn into a street café. Swedish TV-chef Tareq Taylor will be cooking the Hanoian dish “bun cha” consisting of grilled pork and rice noodles in front of the Swedish Embassy.
Tareq Taylor is in Vietnam to record a new cookingshow. The Swedish style bun cha will be sold for 25.000 VND.
There will be food enough for 200 people and first come is first served. Tareq will be cooking between 11:30 and 13:30.
