The Thai-Nordic Association has officially opened registration for its annual Crayfish Party, which will take place on Saturday 20 September 2025 at The Landmark Ballroom in Bangkok. Known for being one of the liveliest Nordic-themed celebrations in Thailand, the event draws a crowd from across the Thai-Nordic community.
The Crayfish Party is held in cooperation with the Nordic chambers, SWEA, SANT, and the Danish Women’s Network. Members of these co-host organisations are eligible to join at the fully discounted member rate.
As always, guests can expect an evening filled with Nordic flair: plenty of crayfish, Scandinavian delicacies, desserts, midnight snacks, beer, wine, cocktails, soft drinks, and snaps. There will be live music throughout the night, including three sets by The Boss Band and sets from a DJ to keep the dance floor moving.
Until 31 July 2025, the following super-early bird rates apply:
- Member & co-host members: Bt3,450 per person
- Table of 10 (members/co-hosts): Bt33,000
- Non-member: Bt3,950 per person
- Table of 10 (non-members): Bt37,000
Tickets may still be purchased after 31 July, but prices will increase.
Program highlights include:
- 18:00 – Welcome drinks & Chairman’s speech
- 18:30 – Ballroom opens, DJ set begins
- 19:00 – Crayfish served
- 20:00, 21:00, 22:30 – Live sets by The Boss Band
- 22:00 – Lucky Draw
- 23:15 – DJ and midnight snacks
- 00:30 – Close

After payment, attendees must submit their transfer slip and attendee details either via the event registration link or by email to [email protected]. Confirmation will be sent within 72 working hours. All sales are final, and no refunds are offered.
Those who are not yet members are encouraged to apply for membership in order to benefit from the discounted rate.
