Denmark’s logistics provider Blue Water Shipping and wind turbine maker Vestas have signed a five-year contract for the handling of wind components.
Blue Water said the contract is “by far the most comprehensive that has been concluded between the two companies”.
The agreement covers terminal handling of the heavy wind turbine components, stevedoring, storage and service on all Vestas’ machineries.
