Chinese ambassador to Norway, Zhou Jingxing, warned against growing divisions between countries as he addressed graduates at BI Norwegian Business School, a business university in Oslo, on 24 September.
Speaking at BI, Zhou said business leaders could help bridge differences at a time of geopolitical tension and disrupted supply chains. He praised the BI–Fudan programme as an example of educational cooperation between China and Norway.
The ceremony also included graduates from BI’s Executive MBA and Executive Master of Management in Energy programmes. According to the Chinese Embassy, more than 200 faculty members, students and family members attended. Zhou’s speech announced no new agreement between the two universities. no.china-embassy.gov.cn
