Vietnam’s Dai Nam University and Norway’s Gokstad Academy plan to introduce short courses in Vietnam from early 2027 under a partnership announced by the university on 8 October.

The initial pilot would focus on global project work, international sales and multicultural management. It would target university students, working professionals and learners from other institutions.

Teaching and business links

According to Dai Nam University, the courses would combine classroom and online learning, with Norwegian and Vietnamese lecturers and industry experts. Teaching could take place in English, Vietnamese or both languages.

Gokstad would help develop course content and connect instructors and Nordic businesses. Dai Nam would support delivery and provide facilities.

The university also says Gokstad is developing a network of around 30–40 Nordic businesses in Vietnam. The partners aim to use those connections to develop internship and career opportunities.

The institutions plan to assess demand and evaluate the pilot before expanding the programme.
