Danish company Danfoss is showcasing cooling and power technology at Data Centre World Asia in Singapore on 29–30 September. The company says its solutions can help data centres use less energy and operate more reliably.
One of the products on display is CoolTrain, which helps circulate cooling liquid through server racks. Danfoss is also presenting iC7-HVACR drives for cooling systems. Its AAF 007 filters are designed to improve power quality.
Jakob Jul Jensen is among the Danfoss representatives at the event. He is the company’s director of global data centre development for power conversion and a board member of Danish Data Center Industry. His work covers efficient power systems, water use and ways to reuse excess heat. The event organiser also lists him as a speaker.
The exhibition comes as Singapore works to make its growing data centre sector more efficient. Its Green Data Centre Roadmap includes a focus on liquid cooling. Danfoss already has a Sustainability Technology Center in Singapore. There, the company works on adapting technology for tropical cities, including data centre cooling.
