A Danish delegation focused on food and agriculture has visited the Philippines to explore opportunities for cooperation with local companies.

During the visit, the delegation met with major Philippine food and agriculture companies, including San Miguel Foods, Aboitiz Foods, Robina Agri Partners, CPF Philippines, Bounty Fresh and 3J Corporation.

The companies operate across areas such as food production, animal nutrition, livestock farming and poultry.

According to the Danish Embassy in the Philippines, the visit focused on sharing Danish expertise and technology while learning from the experience of Philippine food producers.

The delegation also looked at how Danish green technologies could support the development of the Philippine food and agriculture sector.

The visit comes as Denmark and the Philippines mark 80 years of diplomatic relations in 2026.

The embassy said the meetings highlighted opportunities for closer cooperation between Danish technology providers and Philippine food and agriculture companies.

No specific business agreements or investments were announced as part of the visit.
