The Finnish Ambassador of Vietnam, Keijo Norvanto, finished his tenure this weekend. As one of his final acts as ambassador, he and Deputy Head of Mission Riikka Seppälä, attended the “Responsibility Journey” event in Hanoi on 12 August. The event was organized by Detech Bio to highlight responsible production and consumption in the nutrition and health protection sector while also connecting manufacturers with distribution networks.

During the event, Detech Bio officially launched Vallac formula milk for mothers and children, imported directly from Finland’s leading nutrition company, Valio. The introduction of the product marks an important milestone in bringing high-quality Finnish nutrition products to the Vietnamese market.

Ambassador Norvanto welcomed the collaboration between Valio and Detech Bio, emphasizing the importance of sustainability as a core part of the partnership.

“I am glad to see that sustainability is an integral part of the cooperation between Valio and Detech Bio, focusing on responsible consumption and production to ensure the health and well-being of all,” he said.
