Danish pump manufacturer Grundfos has marked 30 years of business in China, with Danish Ambassador to China Michael Starbæk Christensen attending the anniversary celebrations.
The three-decade milestone reflects Grundfos’ long-term presence in the Chinese market and its cooperation with Chinese partners and authorities in the fields of energy efficiency and water solutions.
Speaking at the event, Ambassador Christensen highlighted the company’s approach to sustainability and partnerships,
“Grundfos’ 30-year track record in China shows that the company embodies sustainability, not only in technical expertise but also in innovation, trust, and partnerships,” he says.
The Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Grundfos have a long-standing partnership within energy efficiency and the water sector. Through the Danish Water Alliance China (DWAC), cooperation between Chinese water associations and Danish water companies has led to agreements aimed at supporting the development of a more sustainable Chinese water sector.
