Iconic Danish pop-rock band Michael Learns To Rock will return to Singapore to headline President’s Challenge Night 2025 on November 2. The annual charity event, presented by Mediacorp, carries the theme “We All Have Something To Give.”

The band, consisting of Jascha Richter, Mikkel Lentz, and Kare Wanscher, is expected to perform some of its biggest hits, including Paint My Love and 25 Minutes. Their appearance at the charity event comes just months before their scheduled concert in Singapore in February 2026.

Other artists set to perform include Singaporean celebrities Zoe Tay, Benjamin Kheng, Joanna Dong, Zuhairi Idris, and Eswari Gunasagar. The evening will also feature a range of performances—from a waacking dance routine and traditional Chinese music segment to covers of popular hits like Lean on Me and I Want to Know What Love Is.

Singapore’s President Tharman Shanmugaratnam will take part in a light-hearted “piano pong” rally alongside former national table tennis player Ethan Poh and actress Zoe Tay. In a statement, President Tharman said the event “shows what can be achieved with generosity of heart.”

President’s Challenge Night 2025 will be broadcast live on mewatch, Channel 5, Mediacorp Entertainment on YouTube, and Mediacorp’s TikTok from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. on November 2.
