On 6 December 2020, to celebrate the 103rd Independence Day of Finland, the Embassy of Finland in Hanoi had the pleasure of hosting a reception at the Metropole Hotel. As the Guest of Honor, H.E. Mr. Nguyen Quoc Dung, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs delivered a speech to highlight the excellent relations of Vietnam and Finland, followed by The Finnish National Anthem performed by a young accomplished pianist Ms. Pham Le Phuong.
