The Nordic Innovation House in Hong Kong was inaugurated on 28 November 2018.
The opening speeches were held by Mrs. Carrie Lam, Chief Executive of Hong Kong SAR, Ms. Anne Berner, Minister of Transport & Communications and Nordic Cooperation of Finland, Ms. Ann Linde, Minister for EU Affairs and Trade of Sweden and Mr. Dagfinn Høybråten, Secretary General of the Nordic Council of Ministers.
This is Nordic Innovation House’s second location in Asia. The first one is located in Singapore and was launched in September 2018. Nordic Innovation House started in Silicon Valley in 2014 and opened in New York in 2017.
Nordic Innovation House is a work community. It is a collaboration between the five Nordic countries Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden, which is supported by Nordic Innovation and Nordic Council of Ministers.
