If you’re in Thailand this week, the weather is about to turn.
Thailand’s Meteorological Department has issued a warning for summer storms across large parts of the country from April 23 to 25.
According to Bangkok Post, the storms are expected to bring thunderstorms, strong winds, lightning and even hail in some areas.
The bad weather will first hit the North, Northeast and East, before moving towards central areas, including Bangkok.
Authorities are urging people to avoid open areas, large trees and unstable structures during the storms.
The conditions are caused by a high-pressure system moving in from China, combined with the current heat across Thailand.
