The Embassy of Sweden in Thailand joined the SweCham Members Dinner & Awards Night 2025 in Bangkok last week. The event, organised by the Thai-Swedish Chamber of Commerce, gathered Swedish and Thai companies to celebrate partnership and achievements.

Deputy Head of Mission Per Linnér opened the evening with remarks on Swedish–Thai cooperation and strategic partnership. He underlined shared commitments to innovation, sustainability and long-term collaboration in trade and investment between the two countries.

Two Swedish companies received SweCham awards this year. Electrolux was named Company of the Year, while Softa received the Start-up of the Year award.

According to the embassy, the awards highlight excellence, leadership and positive contributions in the Swedish–Thai business community. The dinner and awards night also served to strengthen networks among existing and new SweCham members in Thailand.
