On 17 March, the Swedish Ambassador H.E. Harald Fries joined an on-site demonstration of INERO™, a Swedish flood barrier system. INERO™ barriers are designed to be used as fast protection during a flood. The system can withstand everything from low water flows to rushing water.
The demonstration was organized by Flood Control Asia RS Corp., a company that helps private and public infrastructures against the damage of floods.
Dr. Andreas Klippe, President and CEO of Flood Control Asia RS Corp. and Cainta Mayor “Kit” Nieto attended the demonstration of the INERO™ system. It was held at the residence of Philippine TV and radio personality Mr. Arnell Ignacio.
