On 30 October 2025, Her Excellency Tuot Panha presented her credentials to His Majesty King Harald V at the Royal Palace in Oslo, formally accrediting her as Cambodia’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Norway with residence in London.
During the audience, she conveyed the compliments and best wishes of His Majesty the King of Cambodia; King Harald V extended warm regards in return.
Her Excellency thanked Norway for its support to Cambodia’s socio-economic development, highlighting cooperation in mine action, the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia (ECCC), and microfinance.
King Harald V noted satisfaction with the growing bilateral relationship, particularly collaboration in mine action.
