Danish Foreign Minister Lars Løkke Rasmussen celebrates New Year’s Eve on the beach in Hua Hin, Thailand, surrounded by people and fireworks.
In a video shared on his Instagram, the Minister calls it a pleasant evening and shares his thoughts on the upcoming year:
“It has been a 2024 that has been extremely busy. I’ve been very busy this year. I’m entering 2025 with a fair amount of optimism, but also with a clear understanding that hard work lies ahead.”
He also addresses the internal disputes within his party, the Moderates, and acknowledges that this must be resolved in the coming year.
One of the initiatives Lars Løkke Rasmussen has spearheaded this year is the new agreement to recruit healthcare workers from the Philippines.
