DCCC & DCBF Webinar on how foreign employees can enter China 9 March

The Danish Chamber of Commerce China (DCCC) invites to the DCCC & DCBF Webinar: ‘How foreign employees can enter China” on 9 March.

The invitation reads:

It’s no surprise to anyone that upon entering China, you need to have a valid work visa. However, currently, there are some additional challenges that not only apply to foreigners applying for a work and residence permit but also those employed abroad who plan to come to China for a shorter period of time for business purposes. This can affect people such as global managers situated in Europe or technical staff needed for projects in China.

So what is the process of applying and what can you expect when entering China? To answer these questions, Ann Sophie de Meester from R&P lawyers will discuss these questions with you. She’ll also cover the tax liabilities that can be triggered due to employees employed overseas staying longer periods in China.

Maarten Roos, Managing Director at R&P Lawyers, will also be available at the webinar to answer any relevant questions from the audience as well.
