The Finnish company KONE has won a large order at The Central Boulevard Towers in Singapore. The company is to equip the towers with no less than 43 elevators and 4 escalators.
Furthermore, the company will install a facility management tool to secure the quality of the tenant service as well as a control system “for reduced waiting and travelling times”.
“We want to provide value for our customers during the entire lifespan of their building, and we are extremely excited to bring the latest innovations and digital solutions in the industry to the benefit of IOI Properties and the Central Boulevard Towers tenants,” said Axel Berkling, executive vice president for KONE Asia Pacific in a press release from the company.
The towers are a mixed-use development and will house offices and retail. They are located in Singapore’s Central Business District and are scheduled for completion in 2022.
