The legendary fabulous smorgasbord menu of summer dishes and delicacies from the Northern cuisine that comes as cornerstones in this Nordic summer solstice celebration can look forward to a really special highlight. And it is a combination really; a legendary Swedish celebration paired with the resort island’s internationally most famous beach club, Café del Mar Phuket!
No other than the island’s own Swedish chef Daniel Isberg and the mega beach club is inviting to a one-off midsummer menu in the evening of Friday 22 June and at a very affordable price.

His Scandinavian menu will consist in inlagd Sill (herring), Jansons Frestelse (Jansons’ Temptation), Köttbullar (meatballs), Skagen, Ägghalvor med kaviar Creme (egg with caviar cream, Rökta Räkor (steamed shrimp), Gubbröra, Gravlax, and lots of other goodies.
