
NordCham Vietnam hosted its flagship employer branding conference, Work the Nordic Way 2026, in Ho Chi Minh City on 21 May.
The event brought together business leaders, HR professionals, founders and young talent to discuss Nordic workplace culture, leadership and career development opportunities.
Speakers explored topics including the use of artificial intelligence in the workplace, managing organisations during economic uncertainty, building strong teams and developing talent in competitive industries.
Several speakers highlighted how Nordic management principles and organisational structures could help strengthen Vietnam’s workforce and improve long-term sustainability.
Thue Quist Thomasen, chairman of NordCham Vietnam, said the conference aims to build a community connecting Vietnam and the Nordic countries through partnerships, innovation and leadership development.
NordCham Vietnam represents Danish, Finnish, Norwegian and Swedish companies operating in Vietnam.
