NordCham virtual event: Bouncing forward in times of crisis

Nordic Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines is in partnership with ITD World hosting a virtual event ‘Grit + Resilience = GResilience – Bouncing back in times of crisis’

At this virtual event you will learn the why, what, and how of Grit and Resilience from Serely Alcaraz, Executive Director of ITD World Philippines, on 11 June 2021, from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM.

You will also get insights into how people and organizations can continue to bounce forward in times of crisis.

Serely Alcaraz, Executive Director of ITD World Philippines has been in the human resource and organization development profession for more than 25 years. After 12 years as Country Head, she is currently the Executive Director of ITD World, a leading global leadership development organization with headquarters in Malaysia, and 2018 Gawad Maestro Awardee for Outstanding Learning & Development Outsourced Organization of the Year. She was previously with Dale Carnegie Training, Development Dimensions International (DDI), and A. Soriano Corporation.

She is a master trainer of Thomas Crane’s The Heart of Coaching, certified facilitator of John Maxwell and Jack Canfield programs as well as DDI and Dale Carnegie Courses. She has conducted leadership and engagement, coaching and mentoring, communication and presentation skills, creativity and innovation, and other soft skills programs in Asia and Africa.

She graduated with double degrees in BS Psychology and BS in Commerce Major in HRD, Magna cum Laude-Valedictorian, under the 3-year Honors Program of St. Scholastica’s College, Manila. She pursued her one-year Master in Management (MBA) program from the Asian Institute of Management (AIM). She is the 2006 President and 2012 Chairperson of the Philippine Society for Training and Development (PSTD), 2009 Board Secretary and Conference Chair of the People Management Association of the Philippines, and 2015-2016 President of ARTDO International.
