Scandinavian Publishing Co., Ltd., the media arm of the ScandMedia Group, is seeking a new Thai full-time assistant to support its Sales & Marketing Director in managing its expanding portfolio of media clients and Nordic partnerships.
The company is, among others, behind ScandAsia.com, the region’s leading Nordic expat news portal, as well as the monthly ScandAsia Magazine and a range of other English language publications and yearbooks. The selected candidate will work closely with the team at the company’s Bangkok office, located in the Ladprao/Ramintra area. Check location.
The position calls for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who will coordinate advertising bookings, liaise with editorial and graphic teams, and maintain communication with both international and Thai clients in both Thai and English. The role also involves preparing post-publication reports and assisting with outreach campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn and Mailchimp.
While publishing experience is a plus, the company welcomes candidates from other backgrounds in media, marketing, or advertising who are looking to grow within the Nordic media space in Asia.
Thai citizenship is a must!
Applicants are expected to have a strong command of English and Thai, both written and spoken. Some working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is preferred, alongside a methodical working style and good organisational skills.
A key requirement is a willingness to commit to the role for a minimum of two years, ensuring continuity in the client relationships and internal workflows.
The starting salary is negotiable. Social security and standard benefits are also provided.
The preferred starting date is 1 November 2025, but flexibility will be offered to those with existing job commitments.
