A 34-year-old Swedish man, Christopher Tony Setfors, was arrested in Koh Samui island, Surat Thani province, Thailand, for overstaying his visa.
According to Thaiger, Setfors overstayed his visa for 75 days.
Surat Thani Immigration officers already brought him to Bo Phut Police Station to face his charges and await further legal proceedings.
