Thai Festival Returns to Copenhagen this june

A burst of Thai culture is set to take over the heart of Copenhagen next month.

On 7 June 2026, Rådhuspladsen will transform into a vibrant showcase of Thailand, as the Royal Thai Embassy in Copenhagen hosts the annual Thai Festival.

The event promises a full day of cultural experiences. Traditional Thai dance performances and live music will bring colour and rhythm to the square. Visitors can also expect dynamic Muay Thai demonstrations, offering a close look at Thailand’s national combat sport.

Food will play a central role, as stalls will serve authentic Thai dishes and drinks, alongside live cooking demonstrations for those wanting to learn the secrets behind classic recipes.

Beyond the flavours and performances, the festival will feature Thai product stalls, tourism information about destinations across Thailand, and interactive activities including raffles and family-friendly entertainment.

The event is organised in cooperation with the Royal Thai Embassy in Copenhagen and supported by local partners, including the Danish-Thai Chamber of Commerce.

The Thai Festival is with free entry for all visitors.
