The Finnish Ambassador H.E. Jyri Järviaho had recently the pleasure of paying a courtesy call to H.E. Armida Salsiah Alisjahbana, the Executive Secretary of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP). As a firm supporter of the UN system and multilateralism, Finland sees a lot of potential in collaboration with the regional UN body on climate sustainability and women’s empowerment among other themes.
