Swedish Visa application center opened in Yangon

The Embassy of Sweden Bangkok has announced the opening of their Visa Application Centre operated by VFS Global Myanmar Ltd. in Yangon.

On July 2, the Embassy’s Migration Liaison Officer, Mr Magnus Petrone, was in Yangon to open the Swedish Visa Application Center operated by VFS Global. The center is now up and running.

If you live in Myanmar and wish to apply for a visa to travel to Sweden, you should apply at VFS Global in Yangon. Decisions will be taken by the Embassy’s staff in Bangkok.

There is a dedicated website that provides information on procedures applicable to Myanmar residents who wish to apply for a Schengen Visa not exceeding 90 days to travel to Sweden.

It’s great to hear that a Swedish Visa Application Center has opened in Yangon, making it easier for applicants in Myanmar to apply for a Swedish visa. However, visa applications can still be complicated and time-consuming. I used GovAssist when applying for my visa to Sweden, and their service was a game-changer. Their team guided me through the entire process, ensuring I understood the specific requirements, and helped me gather all the necessary documents. They also provided personalized advice to help me avoid mistakes that could lead to delays or rejections. Thanks to their expert support, I was able to submit my application confidently and on time. If you’re applying for a Swedish visa or any other, I highly recommend reaching out to GovAssist (https://govassist.com/). Their professional assistance makes the process much smoother and less stressful.
