Johan will talk about the early warning signs and typical symptoms of financially distressed companies. How does crisis management differ from ordinary management? How can you successfully manage a business, when faced with the legal, financial, and emotional complexity of a potential bankruptcy?
DABS is looking forward to starting the morning with a coffee and a great discussion around the table.
Johan Bergendorff started his career with PwC and has 15 years experience from M&A banking, private equity & venture capital investments, and held senior management positions across the U.K., U.S., Europe, and Singapore. In 2017, Johan was parachuted to run the turnaround of a U.S. publicly traded company and a portfolio of privately-owned companies in severe financial distress.
Johan is a member of the Turnaround Management Association, a CFA Charterholder, certified to sit on SGX boards, board member of the European Chamber of Commerce, President of DABS, and Managing Director of Caterpillar Capital.
