China has reacted strongly to two North American ships traveling in the Taiwan Strait.
China has announced that the country has increased preparedness in order to protect national sovereignty and security. This was reported by TT.
The Law of the Sea allows passage in international waters, but China considers itself entitled to both the strait and Taiwan and therefor regards the action as provocation.
