On February 17-20, the Swedish Embassy in Bangkok and Business Sweden in Kuala Lumpur organized a successful three-day visit of a Swedish business delegation to the Philippines.
The delegation was headed by Ambassador Eva Walder, Director General for Trade at the Swedish Ministry for Foreign Affairs. Some fourteen Swedish companies met with Philippine counterparts in Manila, both private and public. As part of the visit the trade delegation also visited the Asian Development Bank. The visit of the trade delegation took part in the margins of the annual, bilateral consultations between Sweden and the Philippines.
