Here is your best excuse to go shopping this weekend: Diplomatic Red Cross Bazaar 2012 will be held on Saturday 3 & Sunday 4 March at 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the Royal Paragon Hall on the 5 Floor of Siam Paragon.
Mrs Rattanawadee H. Winther, wife of the Danish Ambassador, is the Chairperson this year.
“For our Danish booth, we have 7 Danish companies participating – two more than the previous years,” Mrs. Winther says.
The Embassy of Sweden will be participating for the fist time ever in the event with well known brands like Electrolux, Oriflame, and Scandinavian Collection representing among others Kosta Boda and Orrefors. Swedish food will be offered by ScanDeli.
In all, the event will feature international products from over 50 countries, with all proceeds donated to the Thai Red Cross Society. So our top suggestion for those looking to burn their pay cheques away this weekend: See you at the Diplomatic Red Cross Bazaar.
