A 57 years old Dane died Monday 26th of February in The Philippines according to Cyber Divers News Network. Local media reports that the unfortunate man was admitted to the hospital on February 18th because of the bends, but he refused to have any treatment and was therefore discharged against medical advice.
A couple of days later, the Dane went for a snorkeling trip at Siquijor Island in the Southern part of The Philippines, but died apparently because of the bends.
