The report summarises the latest information on the progress that Vietnam has made in its efforts to achieve the Millennium Development Goals (MDG) and provides a progress report on Finnish ODA programmes in Vietnam.
Vietnam has achieved very good results in relation to most MDGs, which are at the heart of Finnish Development Policy. In addition to analysing Vietnam’s overall success,the report also gives some examples of how Finnish ODA has contributed to Vietnam’s MDG progress.
The progress report also provides a short introduction to Finnish ODA in Vietnam, giving a brief description of each programme/project and outlining their main priorities for 2010.
