On 7 March 2018, the Danish Embassy, Bangkok in collaboration with a Danish company, Ellipse A/S and their business partner in Thailand, Filtech Enterprise 1994 PCL, hosted an Ellipse User Group Meeting at the Danish Ambassador’s residence.
The purpose of the event was for dermatologists and clinical experts to share knowledge and experience of using Ellipse light- and laser based treatments, and for Ellipse to present the advanced technology platform “Nordlys” (English: “Northern Light”). Both participants and organisers gained great value from the event, which was also attended by the Danish Ambassador, Uffe Wolffhechel.
Thailand is focusing on improving its healthcare and the amount of money spent in the healthcare sector is expected to increase to $25 billion by 2020.
This creates great opportunities for Danish companies who offer welfare technologies, medical devices, care products and other fields within healthcare.
