Denmark will be the first country to sell sausages and other heat-treated meat products in China.
During his recent visit to China, Danish Minister for Food, Agriculture and Fisheries Dan Jørgensen concluded negotiations on export authorization valued at 250 million DKK. Three Danish producers have been registered for authorization to deliver sausages to the Chinese market.
