Last week, a delegation from the Embassy of Denmark in Indonesia along with experts from the Danish Veterinary & Food Administration (Foedevarestyrelsen), Danish Agricultural Agency (Landbrugsstyrelsen) met with the Director General of Livestock and Animal Health Services, Kementerian Pertanian Republik Indonesia.

According to the Embassy, the Danish delegation was welcomed to provide recommendations on Indonesia’s Ministry of Agriculture’s organic dairy transformation roadmap.

“Together with our partners from ASEAN and Organic Competent Authority, the group identifies and addresses several issues encountered in the Indonesian market, political framework, and technical challenges. We hope through this GtoG collaboration, Denmark can assist Indonesia in achieving its goal to produce an international standard of organic dairy for local consumption and export,” the Embassy said.
