Ramboll have sigend a contract with SIEMENS to supply 300 telecom towers to support the mobile network license owned by TELENOR in Pakistan. The agreement was confirmed on April 7, 2005 when SIEMENS and TELNOR inspected and approved the manufacturing plant in Thailand. For the manufactoring Ramboll made earlier this year a global agreement with Thai-Scandic Steel, which is owned by the Berli Jucker Company and located in Rayong. This first contract with delivery to Pakistan has confirmed the international competitive strength of the association – with Ramboll’s cost effective designs and Thai-Scandic Steel’s state-of-the-art production facilities.
