Indonesian Importers Boycott Danish Goods

Wednesday a group of Indonesian importers introduced a trade boycott against Denmark.
      “This boycott will end after the government of Denmark apologizes to the Islamic community in Indonesia and the world,” said Amirudin Saud, head of the 7,800-member strong Association of Indonesian National Importers.
        The importers also encourage other countries to follow the Indonesian example.
Total annual imports of Indonesia is 288 billion Danish kroner and the annual importation of Danish goods amounts to roughly 0.5 billion kroner.
