The Confederation of Danish Industry, The Danish Agriculture & Food Council and The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark are organizing the visit of a Danish business delegation to Vietnam in the fall of 2001. The purpose of the visit is to explore business opportunities in the emerging market.
The Danish business delegation will be in Vietnam from the 28 November to 1 December 2011 and will be headed by HRH Crown Prince Frederik. The delegation will visit Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. The visit offers a unique opportunity for Danish companies to generate new contacts in the market, meet potential collaboration partners, create awareness about their products and competences and experience first-hand the business opportunities that Vietnam can offer. The visit takes place in connection with the celebration of the 40 year anniversary of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Denmark ensuring broad media coverage throughout the visit.
A series of business activities will be arranged in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City during the visit. These activities include business seminars with a focus on the main growth sectors in Vietnam such as Oil & Gas, Cleantech, Food Security and Technology, Education and Design & Lifestyle. The activities also comprise the possibility for participating in Danish product exhibitions, site visits, business lunches and dinner parties.
