Implementation of the GSP-scheme for Cambodia

As of 14 October 2011, Cambodia is part of the Norwegian GSP-system (General System of Preferences). Being a Least Developed Country (LDC), Cambodia now has the benefit of duty and quota free market access for all goods exported to Norway.

GSP preferential treatment can be claimed for goods that upon submission of satisfactory proof of origin can be documented as originating products from Cambodia, cf. existing rules of origin. The Cambodian Ministry of Commerce is the authorized authority to issue/endorse certificates of origin (Form A).
