Chen Feng from Singapore debuted in the Olympic Games with a clash against the Finnish Benedek Olah.
The game was played in the category “men’s single” and ended with a crushing victory for Benedek, ultimately closing out the game 4-1.
Chen Feng barely got to play for 30 minutes before his Olympic adventure was over
In an interview with Straits Times, Chen Feng blames the loss on nerves:
“I was too nervous and it affected my technique and ability to react quickly. But the Olympics was a good experience. I’m still young, and I’ll try for the next Games in 2020.”
