University of London and University of Edinburgh are jointly conducting a research project in ‘Cross-cultural leadership’ which will identify and analyze the challenges that foreign business leaders experience in leading Thai subordinates.
The research team has set up a questionnaire that they would like foreign business leaders to take time out to help fill in with their experiences as a leader and the challenges they may see.
